Work conducted by Premium Admin Solutions Australia will be charged at an hourly rate.

Invoices:  Work will be invoiced at the end of the project or for longer projects, on a fortnightly basis, whichever comes first.

Hours:  A minimum charge of three (3) hours is applicable for all jobs, regardless of size. Clients will be charged to the nearest 30 minutes thereafter.

Payments:  Are to be made in $AUD by bank transfer. Invoices are to be settled within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

Late Payment:  Will incur 5% interest charged per month on any amounts outstanding until the account is settled in full.

Expenses incurred:  Invoices will show a break-down of material costs and chargeable expenses including postage, couriers, printing and additional stationery items where necessary.

Final proof reading and accuracy is the responsibility of the client.

Work onsite:  Should a client require ‘on-site’ support, travel to and from their designated site will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Work outside normal hours:  For any work requested out of hours, rates will be charged at double time.

Urgent work and busy periods:  At traditionally busy times such as Christmas, or when a job is especially urgent for whatever reason, I reserve the right to administer a surcharge of up to 15%.  Each piece of urgent work will be considered on an individual basis and any surcharge will be made clear to you, before work is started.

Virus Protection:  Whilst every care is made to ensure all documentation is scanned against virus infection, clients are advised to make sure they are fully protected by running their own anti-virus software.

Privacy Policy: I acknowledge and respect my clients’ privacy. Client information will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with others or used for personal gain. For further information please see the full Privacy Policy on this website.
